Most trees are sold in larger nursery containers (such as #7 pots) to help provide strong root systems and faster establishment after planting. Berries, vines, and smaller fruits are typically available in #2 to #5 containers depending on variety.
Late winter through early spring is one of the best times to plant fruit trees and shrubs. Getting them in the ground early helps roots establish before summer heat and drought stress.
Inventory changes quickly during planting season. We recommend purchasing online to reserve your plants, then picking up at the store when it is convenient for you.
